Brisk? That’s awfully vague.
What even is brisk?
“About 3 to 4 miles per hour.”
Great. And how the hell am I supposed to measure that?
“There’s an app for that.”
Of course there is.

Nearly a 15-minute mile
That seems hella impressive to me.
