In a world filled with distractions and hundreds of open tabs that you will “get to later”-
saying no allows you to stay laser-focused.
Easier said than done. Especially when you have to say no to people.
Mind on my money,

Money is the storage of value.
Value = Labor (This can include time, energy, creativity, etc.)
I’m down the rabbit hole of crypto, fiat currency, inflation, leverage ….
What if we could see…
the bleeding, swelling, and trauma on people’s minds? Maybe then mental health would be more of a priority.
Luckily mental health is becoming less stigmatized and more mainstream.
