Hold space for your friends and family.
We all need someone we can trust with our vulnerabilities.
Start by being the trusted safe space for others.
As their father,
I’ve always tried to protect them and their beautiful minds from any and all harm.
Yet they still feel pain. They still feel sadness.
But to be human is to feel all range of emotions. Silly daddy.

So nothing has changed. We’re just big kids. We are still doing “show and tell” as adults. It’s part of being human.
