How My Right Cheek Forced Me to Stretch… or Else!

H

I’ve had a real pain in my ass that I couldn’t shake.

Literally.

For months I’ve been battling this annoying pain in my right glute.

I finally broke down and called the good doctor—and good friend—Staci at Paradigm Family Health to help me figure it out.

Turns out the culprit was the damn piriformis muscle in my right cheek.

The good news: it’s getting better.
Slowly, but surely.

The lesson?
Healing requires daily exercises. Daily as in… every day.

When I skip them, I feel the pinch in my nalga the very next morning … like my body filing a formal complaint.

So it looks like these stretches are officially part of my life now.

Kind of like brushing my teeth… except if I don’t do it, my ass tattles on me.
