Taking Care of Your Health Isn’t Self-Care. It’s Survival

T

Let’s be real. Really real.

Most of us treat our bodies like they’ll just bounce back forever. But there’s a point where skipping the walk, the checkup, the stretch session… it adds up.

This episode is me figuring that out in real time.

Talking about knee surgeries, getting older, and trying to run again without falling apart.

I’m not chasing abs. I’m chasing energy, mobility, and not feeling wrecked after tying my shoes.

If you’ve been putting your health on the back burner, maybe it’s time to bump it up the list.

(6-pack would be nice though, eh?)
