saying no allows you to stay laser-focused.
Easier said than done. Especially when you have to say no to people.
Death is always with us, in the marrow of every passing moment. Life and death are a package deal.
I reached the tipping point.
The marriage wasn’t working. On Xmas Eve 2006, I called it.
I looked around, saw the gifts, and felt numb.
But it also felt right and that would be the beginning of the rest of my life.
