Touching My Toes and Time Travel

Not too long ago, I couldn’t even touch my toes.

Now I’ve blown past that obstacle and am working on folding completely over.

Flexibility training is a strange practice. Most days, it feels like nothing is changing.

But then, out of nowhere, I move in a way that reminds me of my younger self with black hair and full range of motion.

Progress is microscopic. Barely noticeable.

But stack up those micro-improvements over a few years of patient practice… and boom, you’re magically transported to a time when you had the flexibility of a 3 year old.
