🎯 Improve posture
🎯 Look good in what I wear
🎯 Be proud of the man I see in the mirror
🎯 My woman looks at me like I’m a snack

But after my knee surgery, everything shifted.

Now I train primarily for flexibility, joint strength, and mobility. Things that don’t turn heads, but will keep me walking, playing, and living when I’m hella older.

And yeah, she still looks at me like a snack.
I’m vain. Just wiser about it now.
