It has always been vital that my babies trust that their father was a man of his word.

I wish I could remember the last time…
they ran into my arms & then I tossed them in the air.
The glee & laughter would set the tone for the ride home.
They’d tell me about their week and all the new friends they made.
Then they’d ask about our plans for the weekend and what adventures we were going on.
I wish I could remember. #fatheringfromadistance
Last year I met a lot of people
and made new friends.
I couldn’t help but wonder how I did it.

This year.

saying no allows you to stay laser-focused.
Easier said than done. Especially when you have to say no to people.
My daughter has gotten “hit on” twice
while driving on the freeway in the last few weeks.
Seriously.
How successful is this approach?
